RFP for the 2020 Tulip Festival Concessions
Tender period will be open for 3 weeks, starting Monday February 24th and closing on Monday March 16th.
The National Capital Commission is seeking interested proponents to operate food trailers and/or push carts in this annual event. Proponents are asked to submit a proposal to a maximum of five (5) pages.
